Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Porvaxra's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Description

Porvaxra provides digital workflow organization, process design, and coordination services. We work with teams to create structured systems that support efficient operations. The specific scope and deliverables for each engagement are defined in separate service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Porvaxra agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their workflow needs
• Grant necessary access to systems and processes for analysis
• Designate appropriate team members to work with us
• Review and provide feedback on proposed solutions
• Implement agreed-upon changes in a timely manner

Our Responsibilities

Porvaxra commits to:

• Deliver services with professional skill and care
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Communicate clearly about project scope and timelines
• Provide documentation for implemented systems
• Support clients during implementation of new workflows

Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and tools developed by Porvaxra remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use solutions created specifically for them, but do not acquire ownership of underlying frameworks or approaches.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the completion of services.

Limitation of Liability

Porvaxra's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms with appropriate notice to clients. Existing engagements will be completed under the terms agreed at the start of the project.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
